Application Fee Waiver

There is a onetime non refundable Application Fee of $25 on each Application. This fee is due upon completing and submitting the Membership Application.

A fee waiver maybe requested before submitting the Application ONLY. And it should be understood that requesting and applying for an Application Waiver Fee will delay the Application Process, as each Applicant will be required to supply proof of eligibility for the Fee Waiver before proceeding with the Application process.

Eligibility proof maybe any, but not limited to any of the following:

  • Proof of Income

  • Proof of Medical Coverage

  • Proof of EBT

  • Proof of Lifeline

  • Proof of Disability

  • Any other proof that may be required.
