S.A.F.E. Housing Inc. holds a Quarterly Raffle to raise money to help our members, our community, and hasten any projects we may have going. Money raised from the raffles go towards a number of community projects, and if any of our members or community needs any emergency help.

Our Quarterly Raffle is open to everyone and anyone! You do not need to be a member to participate, and you can live in any state, or anywhere in the United States. There is no limit to how many tickets can be purchased; you can even purchase them on behalf of someone else. The more tickets you purchase the better your chances. Are you a Ministry Member, a Member of our V.R.N., a Member of our Military, or Family member, everyone may participate, with no limitations!

This Quarterly Raffle runs from April 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2025.

Rules:

There are no limits on how many tickets can be purchased, the more that are purchased the better your chances. There is no limit to the amount of payment to be paid on the monthly rent or mortgage. The raffle tickets will be sent via email, within 5 business days of purchase, if you do not receive them within 7 business days please check your junk file, if they are not in your junk/spam folder after 7 business days, please contact us via email to have them replaced. The Quarterly Raffle runs from April 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2025, at which point the winner will be chosen and contacted via email or via phone call, arrangements will be made with the winner to make the payment directly to their landlord, property manager, or financial institution on their behaves. Proof of the amount of rent or mortgage payment maybe required before payment is made, payment will be made for the following month after the end of the Quarterly Raffle, for example if the last day of the Raffle is March 31st, payment will be for the monthly rent or mortgage payment for May 1st, 2025, giving us time to contact, and make arrangements with the winner. Anyone can purchase a ticket or more for another person on their behalf, but MUST make sure it is noted in the application. Any missing information, fraudulent information or otherwise will make the raffle tickets null and void. All money raised through this raffle, is considered a donation, however may not be tax deductible. S.A.F.E. reserves the right to use the money raised as needed by our members or our community. S.A.F.E. reserves the right to change these rules or regulation at anytime without notice; odds of winning depend on the amount of entries received. New members MUST be accepted by S.A.F.E. to be eligible for the FREE Ticket. S.A.F.E. MUST sell a minimum of 5,000 raffle tickets, anything less S.A.F.E. reserves the right to use the money for other projects, or to pay a rent or mortgage.

Our Quarterly Raffle is One (1) FREE Month of Rent or Mortgage Payment paid for the winner of the drawing, there is no limit on the monthly payment amount for the monthly rent or monthly mortgage payment, if your monthly rent or mortgage payment is $800.00 or $2,000.00, whatever the amount it qualifies for this Quarterly Raffle. Again this is open to EVERYONE in the United States, no matter where you live.

The Quarterly Raffle is updated every Quarter, and the drawing takes place the month after the raffle ends, see rules below on this page.

Members! Each new member that signs up during that Quarter will receive one (1) free raffle ticket. Become a Member, and refer anyone to become a Ministry Member or V.R.N. Member, and receive one (1) FREE Quarterly Raffle Ticket per New Member with no limit. Also, each New Referral that becomes a Member receives one (1) Free Quarterly Raffle Ticket. Please note new members MUST be accepted by S.A.F.E. to be eligible for the FREE Ticket.

V.R.N. Members! Each new person who becomes a member of our V.R.N. will receive one (1) FREE Quarterly Raffle Ticket. Additionally, each Member of our V.R.N. that refers a new Ministry Member or V.R.N. Member and the referred person becomes a Member of either the Ministry or V.R.N. receives one (1) FREE Quarterly Raffle Ticket per new member. And each New Member that was referred receives one (1) FREE Quarterly Raffle Ticket. Please note new members MUST be accepted by S.A.F.E. to be eligible for the FREE Ticket.
