S.A.F.E. Housing Inc. holds a Quarterly Raffle to raise money to help our members, our community, and hasten any projects we may have going. Money raised from the raffles go towards a number of community projects, and if any of our members or community needs any emergency help.

Our Quarterly Raffle is open to the public! You do not need to be a member to participate, and you can live anywhere in the United States. There is no limit to how many tickets can be purchased; you can even purchase them on behalf of someone else. The more tickets you purchase the better your chances.

Anyone purchasing a raffle ticket to help raise money for their community has the option to choose from three (3) separate prizes. Which are the following:

Option #1:

If you choose this option, if you win the raffle, S.A.F.E. will pay one (1) month of your rent for you. It does not matter the amount of your rent, any amount is allowed, however you will need to provide proof of the exact amount of your monthly payment. The winner that is selected will be required to give us all information for their landlord or property manager so that S.A.F.E. may make a rental payment directly to the landlord or property manager.

Option #2:

If you choose this option, if you win the raffle, S.A.F.E. will pay one (1) month of your mortgage for you. It does not matter the amount of your monthly mortgage payment, any amount is allowed, however you will need to provide proof of the exact amount of your monthly payment. The winner that is selected will be required to give us all information for their lender so that S.A.F.E. may make a mortgage payment directly to the lender.

Option #3:

If you choose this option, if you win the raffle, S.A.F.E. will send you a digital gift card that can be used most anywhere; you will be able to use it for anything you would like. Gift Cards start at $200.00 and go up to $500.00 depending upon the amount raised during the quarter. This is perfect for those looking to purchase a gift, pay a bill, go out to eat, etc.

Our 4th Quarter Raffle Runs from October 1st through December 31st, 2025

  • There are no limits on how many tickets can be purchased, the more that are purchased the better your chances.

  • There is no limit to the amount of payment to be paid on the monthly rent or mortgage. Whatever the amount of the monthly rent or mortgage is what will be paid.

  • The raffle tickets will be sent via email, within 5 business days of purchase, if you do not receive them within 7 business days please check your junk file, if they are not in your junk/spam folder after 7 business days, please contact us via email to have them replaced.

  • The Raffle runs quarterly and at the end of each quarter we will choose a winner. The winner will be contacted via email or via phone call, arrangements will be made with the winner to make the payment directly to their landlord, property manager, or financial institution on their behaves. In the case of any winners that may have chosen the Gift Card, they will receive it in their e-mail within 14 business days of winning.

  • Proof of the amount of rent or mortgage payment maybe required before payment is made, payment will be made for the following month after the end of the Quarterly Raffle, for example if the last day of the Raffle is March 31st, payment will be for the monthly rent or mortgage payment for May 1st, 2025, giving us time to contact, and make arrangements with the winner.

  • Anyone can purchase a ticket or more for another person on their behalf, but MUST make sure it is noted in the application. Any missing information, fraudulent information or otherwise will make the raffle tickets null and void.

  • All money raised through this raffle, is considered a donation, however may not be tax deductible. S.A.F.E. reserves the right to use the money raised as needed by our members or our community.

  • S.A.F.E. reserves the right to change these rules or regulation at anytime without notice; odds of winning depend on the amount of entries received.

  • S.A.F.E. MUST sell a minimum of 5,000 raffle tickets, anything less S.A.F.E. reserves the right to use the money for other projects, or to pay a rent or mortgage.
