Ministry Services Application

To apply for any of our Ministry Services please use this application. This application is for ALL our Ministry Services (except our Bible Ministry), please complete it as to what you need as each service will tell you in the application if it is open or closed, please only apply for services that are open.

Also please pay attention to when the application is open and when it’s closed, which will be blatantly posted above the application.

You may apply for each service once (1) in an open application period, you may apply once (1) each time the application period is open, if you receive the service applied for if you are a member you can apply three (3) times per year at this time, non members may apply once (1) a year. If you do not receive assistance, you may keep applying anytime the application is open for your needed service, one (1) time each open application period until you receive the needed service.

How many individuals and families that are assisted through any of the Ministry Services, depend on how much funds are raised and donated for that service, the application will be open when we receive enough funds to provide one or more services. How long the application will be open, how many times the application will be open and for how many services also depends on donated funds as well.

S.A.F.E. tries there hardest to keep the application open, for as long as possible, and as many times as possible, as our goal is to help as many people as possible.

Please keep in mind our Military Members get priority for their dedication and service to our Country, our Members get second priority, and non members of our community are then considered.

Furthermore depending on available funds, some who apply may not receive Ministry Services in the open application periods. To receive assistance from any of our Ministry Services individuals and families will be required to be interviewed before being considered for services, failure to be interviewed will be grounds to move to the next candidate. The only Ministry Service that does not require an interview is our Bible Ministry.

Please note that our Tenant Assistance Ministry, and our Homeowner Assistance Ministry are for our Members ONLY, all other Ministry Services are open to both Members and Non Members.

Please be sure to put your Membership Number into the application if you have one, failure to do so, may cause you to fall further down the assistance line.

S.A.F.E. chooses individuals and families according to their specific need for assistance; it is not a first come first served basis. Each individual or family that is considered for the assistance will also have to provide proof, and document their situation. Furthermore, anyone who receives assistance will be required to document their spending to prove they used the assistance for the correct purpose, by sending S.A.F.E. a copy of the original receipt of purchase, failure to do so will result in permanent removal and being banned from the use of the Ministry Services and if you are a member of S.A.F.E. you will be permanently banned from being a member. Failure to provide required proof of correct usage of Ministry Services is considered an abuse of S.A.F.E. and the Ministry Services, example: receiving a gift card to use for groceries and using it to buy alcohol or tobacco instead is an abuse of the Ministry Services, and will result in being permanently banned.

When the application is open feel free to apply for any assistance that is available, if the application is closed we are working on raising funds for each service, we fund each Ministry by donations, we do not receive any state or federal government funding for any Ministry Service. Applicants will receive either a phone call or an e-mail if we have any questions or if you have been chosen for assistance, due to high volumes of Ministry Assistance Applications when they are open please give 7 to 10 days for us to get the applications reviewed and applicants contacted.
