Silver Membership

For a monthly Donation of $125 = for a limited time we are offering this membership for a reduced price of just $50 per month. If you become a member during this Introductory Offer you will continue on the reduced price for the length of your membership, if you cancel or get removed as a member you will resume at regular price.

Written Letter to Landlord or Property Manager that you are a member of S.A.F.E. that we will mediate for our member and our member is covered by our Protection Advocacy Policy
Inspection of your property
Written Letters or Phone calls to inquire from Landlord or Property Manager what their issue is in remedying any problem that occur
Written Letters or Phone calls to mediate and make arrangements with Landlord or Property Manager to solve the grievance
Documenting all correspondence between S.A.F.E. and Landlord or Property Manager
Documentation of your remedied grievance once resolved
Gold Membership

For a Monthly Donation of $225 = for a limited time we are offering this membership for a reduced price of just $100 per month. If you become a member during this Introductory Offer you will continue on the reduced price for the length of your membership, if you cancel or get removed as a member you will resume at regular price.
