S.A.F.E. Housing Unions Disaster Relief and Assistance Program raises money to help our members and our community through natural disasters. Whether it is floods, fires, tornados, earthquakes, or anything else, we help provide much needed assistance to our community as funds allow.

Here at S.A.F.E. we work hard to make our members and our community feel safe, we work to provide standard resources like food, water, clothing etc, but we also strive to go beyond the normal assistance by providing resources that are not easily available through other organizations, such as finding places for individuals and families to go when displaced, helping them pay for much needed items, such as diapers, formula, animal and pet supplies, fuel for their vehicles, we even work to provide Temporary Rental Assistance through Hotels, and Apartments.

We also work to help our Military and First Responders with resources when needed, no matter if they need a place to stay, food, rental assistance, or anything else, we work overtime to try and get them taken care of.

Our Disaster Relief and Assistance Program is available to anyone anywhere and you don’t have to be a Member of S.A.F.E. Housing Union to apply for our Disaster Program, we will currently help our community no matter what State or Town.

However, funds are limited to what we can raise to help others. Funds are distributed to each person or family depending on what they need. For example, if someone needs a hotel room for three nights, S.A.F.E. will directly pay the hotel for the three nights, so that person or family will have a place to stay. If someone needs food or vehicle gas we will get the resources directly to them for their use.

We are NOT government supported, we are a private not for profit.
